What You Bring
- At least 4 years of multifamily property management experience
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required
- Previous experience overseeing apartment community operations
- Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of leasing, resident retention, occupancy, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Ability to coach team members, hold employees accountable, and maintain high service standards
- Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily operations and performance
- Drive occupancy, leasing results, resident retention, and financial performance
- Lead, train, and support on-site team members
- Monitor budgets, financial reports, expenses, and property performance
- Conduct property inspections and ensure communities are well-maintained
- Resolve resident concerns professionally and build positive resident relationships
- Communicate effectively with residents, employees, and leadership in both English and Spanish
- Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable housing regulations
