What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of multifamily property management experience required
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong knowledge of leasing, resident relations, collections, and property operations
- Experience managing budgets and driving financial performance
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Entrata experience is a plus
- A hands-on leader who is motivated by growth and results
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day community operations
- Lead, coach, and develop on-site team members
- Drive occupancy, leasing, and resident retention
- Manage budgets, collections, and overall property performance
- Monitor and improve financial and operational results
- Maintain strong curb appeal and community standards
- Build positive resident relationships and resolve concerns professionally
- Ensure compliance with company policies and housing regulations
- Help support the continued growth and success of Brookside’s Murfreesboro portfolio
