What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in multi-family property management
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage leasing and maintenance teams
- Excellent communication and resident service abilities
- Bilingual a plus but not required
- Proven success in collections, occupancy goals, and budgeting
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); Entrata experience a plus
- Detail-oriented and highly organized in a fast-paced setting
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead daily operations, resident relations, and staff development
- Ensure compliance with housing and safety regulations
- Manage maintenance coordination and vendor oversight
