Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 5+ years LIHTC property management experience – Required
- HCCP certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of affordable housing compliance
- Leadership skills to train, motivate, and guide leasing and maintenance teams
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Entrata experience a plus)
Responsibilities
- Maintain occupancy goals and property financial health
- Ensure compliance with LIHTC and HUD regulations
- Monitor delinquency and manage collections
- Conduct daily inspections to ensure quality and curb appeal
- Approve expenditures, manage budgets, and assist in hiring
- Prepare and submit accurate reports on time
