  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Communications teams to collect feedback, surface customer insights, and strengthen community impact across the business.

  • Create content, communications, and engagement campaigns that encourage participation and celebrate community success stories.

  • Analyze community health metrics and program performance, using data and member feedback to continuously improve programs.

  • Build scalable processes, documentation, and operational systems that support long-term community growth.

  • Help establish community best practices and contribute to the evolution of Superhuman’s community strategy as the program continues to grow.

  • Experience managing online community platforms such as Slack, Common Room, or similar community technologies.

  • Demonstrated success designing and executing virtual events, engagement programs, campaigns, or community initiatives that drive participation and member value.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and execute independently.

  • Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Communications, and Operations.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage, educate, and build relationships across diverse audiences.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience using community metrics, engagement data, and member feedback to inform decisions and improve programs.

  • Experience gathering customer or community feedback and translating insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

  • Passion for creating inclusive, welcoming, and valuable community experiences that foster belonging and advocacy.

  • Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
