Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily community operations
- Lead and develop leasing and maintenance teams
- Drive occupancy, resident retention, and NOI
- Manage budgets, collections, and reporting
- Ensure Fair Housing and company policy compliance
- Deliver exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- 2+ years of multifamily property management experience
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Experience with budgets, leasing, and resident relations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Entrata experience preferred)
- Bilingual is a plus
