Chapel Ridge of Martin Apartments is seeking an experienced Property Manager with strong LIHTC/tax credit experience. Lead daily operations at our established affordable housing community (96 apartment homes) just minutes from the University of Tennessee at Martin.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily operations at a LIHTC/tax credit community
- Ensure continued compliance with affordable housing regulations
- Lead and support leasing and maintenance teams
- Manage budgets, occupancy goals, and financial performance
- Maintain a high standard of resident satisfaction and community appearance

- 5+ years of LIHTC/tax credit property management experience
- High School diploma or GED
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software
