Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and motivate staff to meet daily, weekly, and monthly property goals through coaching, accountability, and clear performance expectations.
  • Manage leasing operations by setting weekly specials, breaking monthly targets into actionable goals, overseeing activity, and personally leasing units as needed.
  • Resolve resident issues promptly and professionally while ensuring all team interactions support high resident satisfaction.
  • Oversee property operations including budgeting, expense approvals, property inspections, staff scheduling, and maintaining cleanliness and appearance standards.
  • Direct marketing and communication by guiding local marketing efforts with corporate partners and producing clear community-wide resident updates.
  • Maintain professional service standards through consistent communication, calm handling of complaints, adherence to uniform guidelines, and resolving issues within a timely manner

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in property management.
  • Multi-family property management experience preferred.
  • Local market experience with proven history in customer service, negotiation, and property marketing / advertising preferred.
  • Valid driver's license (free from major moving violations) and dependable transportation.
