Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Leads and motivates staff by setting daily/weekly/monthly goals, coaching performance, and holding the team accountable.
  • Oversees leasing operations by managing leasing activity, setting specials, conducting meetings, and ensuring goals align with budget expectations.
  • Handles resident issues by addressing escalated concerns, guiding staff on service standards, and ensuring timely problem resolution.
  • Manages staffing and scheduling including planning coverage, coordinating vacations, and ensuring operational needs are met.
  • Controls property operations through budget oversight, expense approvals, marketing coordination, resident communications, and maintaining property appearance.
  • Maintains service standards by upholding company appearance guidelines, communicating professionally, and ensuring resident concerns are addressed promptly.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in property management.
  • Multi-family property management experience preferred.
  • Local market experience with proven history in customer service, negotiation, and property marketing / advertising preferred.
  • Valid driver's license (free from major moving violations) and dependable transportation.
