Community Manager (Jamango! Creators)

• Support, nurture, and grow the first generation of Jamango! creators. You will be the heartbeat of our creator community.

• Guide creators in Discord: answer questions, unblock them, give feedback, and keep motivation high

• Run weekly creator rituals such as live playtests, creator reviews, jam sessions, build nights, and events that bring the community together

• Build small games, prototypes, and remixes to show creators what good looks like and help set the creative standard on Jamango!

• Create dev logs and community highlights that showcase progress, work in progress, wins, and momentum

• Help new creators publish their first games by giving hands-on support through building, scripting, and polishing

• Collaborate with the product and studio teams to turn creator feedback into better tools, templates, and traits

• Maintain creator activity logs and track metrics such as activation, retention, and what people are actively working on

• Shape the feel and culture of Jamango!’s creator ecosystem. You will be setting the bar for every creator who follows

• A natural community builder who loves supporting people and helping them succeed

• Discord native

• A creator at heart who can build small games, prototypes, or systems quickly and share your process openly

• Fluent in UGC platforms such as Roblox Studio, Minecraft modding, Rec Room, Fortnite Creative, or anything where people build and publish content

• Someone who understands what creators actually want and how they think

• Comfortable jamming fast, iterating publicly, and improving based on real feedback

• Organized, reliable, and able to keep a steady heartbeat in the community week after week

  Deeply passionate about making game creation more accessible, fun, and social.

Jamango! is a browser-native gaming platform where anyone can create, play, and share games instantly. It combines sculptable blocks, real-time scripting, and instant multiplayer to make game creation fast, fun, and collaborative.

We are building for a new generation of creators by giving them the tools to design fully playable games in the browser, jam with friends, and publish experiences without friction. We recently launched Open Alpha with a fast-growing community of more than 2,500 game creators, and we are only getting started. 🚀
