Summary:
Primary responsibility to project manage the procurement requisition process and consumer facing system setup and maintenance during community life cycle including community start-up, on-going management and close-out activities.
Primary Responsibilities:
Audit and ensure all new communities, plans and vendors are accurately setup in Pulte systems.
Collaborate with Zone Product, DCOs, CMs, FMs, PIMs, RPMs and Sales
Participate in the development of purchasing strategy and plans to meet changing economic and competitive conditions.
Support design center staff and ensure product and systems are accurate.
Train and support field construction and sales team.
Collaborate with sales leadership to actively review option performance and adjust strategy as needed.
Manage timeline meetings and provide updates regarding deliverables.
Administer color set up for all new communities. Maintain colors and color items in system for specified communities after launch.
Maintain the Pulte construction item catalog, if applicable.
Report generation as assigned.
Assist Zone option programming and coordinate division wide changes.
Assist, deploy and optimize option walk ups and option grids
Manage Product Change Request process.
Manage procurement requisition process inclusive of specification and option configuration.
Manage internal customer relationships and assist in resolving issues by effectively communicating throughout organization
Manage rebate identification, reporting, capture related to manufacturer rebates, model credits and local utility incentives
Conduct a monthly review and submission of rebate tracking system data.
Ensure systems are accurately set up and tools are available for bid activities.
Review product development plans for accuracy of option deployment and common design criteria prior to distribution to procurement team.
