Job Description

  • Other duties as assigned by your supervisor or senior management as needed.
  • Oversees property staff.
  • Conducts periodic apartment inspections.
  • Conducts weekly inspection of the property and prepares a summary report of the property activity, conditions observed and traffic.
  • Addresses and resolves any emergencies that arise.
  • Showcases available apartments and processes applications for prospective residents.
  • Approves invoices for payments.
  • Walks the property regularly to inspect for cleanliness and curb appeal.
  • Effectively manages maintenance technicians.
  • Regularly communicates with residents on an as-needed basis.
  • Reviews expenses and assists in the preparation of annual budget requirements.
  • Participates in monthly financial review process, variance reports, and business plan compliance.
  • Manages resident rent collections and delinquencies, late notices, ledger audits, and posting rents.
  • Consistently provides residents with the highest quality of service and support.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years of property management experience - Required
  • Must have excellent computer skills as well as proficiency in the following software programs: Yardi, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to organize and problem-solve
  • Strong written and oral interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong time management, follow up, administrative and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, organizes tasks, manage time, and prioritize projects.

Additional Information

(Tierra Del Sol Apartments) (224 units)

($31.50/hour plus 2+2 bedroom apartment)

(Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.)
