About the Role
Worksphere by Eridan is seeking a vibrant and proactive Community Management Intern to support our growing community. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who’s passionate about people, communication, and creating memorable experiences within a coworking and creative ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist members, clients, and guests warmly
- Manage communication within the Worksphere community (e.g. WhatsApp groups, internal updates)
- Support onboarding processes for new members and help them settle in
- Assist in organizing and executing in-house events and community-building initiatives
- Gather feedback from community members and help improve their experience
- Ensure the workspace remains organized, clean, and welcoming
- Support booking coordination, usage tracking, and reporting
- Provide administrative and general support to the Community and Operations team
Requirements
Requirements
- BSc or equivalent in Communications, Business, Social Sciences, or related fields
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- People-first attitude — warm, approachable, and customer-service driven
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using digital tools (e.g. Google Workspace, Canva, Notion is a plus)
- Proactive, reliable, and excited about building community
