There is no place like home. At Easterseals, we support people with disabilities to live independently in their own homes. As a Community Living Manager, you will ensure that these individuals receive the absolute best support possible.
The Community Living Manager is responsible for managing employees and program services for individuals with disabilities living independently. This position manages program implementation and quality standards; employee performance and productivity; individual, family/guardian and funder satisfaction; and fiscal responsibility. Ensures program activities meet organizational guidelines, funder requirements and accreditation standards.

Qualifications for this role include:
- Bachelor's degree in human services or related field, 1 year of experience working with individuals with disabilities and 1 year supervisory experience.
- Or, without degree, 2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities and 1 year supervisory experience.
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word and Excel.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field, plus one year of experience working with individuals with disabilities and one year of supervisory experience
- Alternatively, two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities and one year of supervisory experience without a degree
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
