This is an in-person, in office role, working with a small team of fantastic values based humans who are dedicated to connecting people who care with causes that matter, helping build stronger communities through philanthropy, granting, scholarships, and community leadership. As one of Canada's community foundations, the COF works alongside donors, charities, businesses, governments, and community partners to invest in initiatives that create lasting impact across the Central Okanagan since 1979.
This newly created role offers a rare opportunity to build the COF's communications strategy from the ground up, modernize its brand, strengthen donor engagement, and share the inspiring stories of the people and organizations making a difference throughout our community.
