FIGS is looking for an 100% awesome, capable, experienced Community Hub Support (Stock Associate) at our Rittenhouse Community Hub. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a memorable brand experience for customers by ensuring accurate stock inventory and maintaining a high-functioning stockroom that enables efficient inventory flow to the sales floor.
What You’ll Do:
- Ensure the FIGS brand and mission are consistently represented
- Inspect new inventory for any damages
- Organize inventory efficiently
- Assist the store leadership team in executing innovative projects on tight deadlines
- Communicate inventory and product performance needs to the store manager on a weekly basis
- Work with leadership to streamline tasks associated with the product cycle
- Assist the team in achieving store sales goals
- Ensure all safety and security procedures are followed and communicate potential issues
- Support sales to ensure a seamless experience for our healthcare professionals (HCP)
- Collaborate with the community hub team to enhance customer journey knowledge and processing
- Partner with the operational team to improve speed and efficiency for inventory processing
- Display a proactive approach to serving and celebrating our HCPs
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer service and stockroom experience
- Action-oriented with strong time management skills
- Ability to unpack boxes for inventory (weighing 5-30 lbs)
- Ability and willingness to lift boxes and bins (up to 50 lbs) daily
- Ability and willingness to walk an average of 12,000 steps during a shift
- Strong oral and written communication skills and proficiency with numbers
- All employees are expected to be available to work “Black Friday” (the day after US Thanksgiving) until the end of the holiday season, to be defined each year based in part on the time period guests are permitted to return holiday merchandise, on an annual basis

FIGS Compensation and Benefits
Pay Range
- At FIGS, your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. This role's base salary range is between $18/hr and $20/hr. Actual base salary is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.
