Job Description

IN A NUTSHELL

You'll shape and elevate how the brand will connect with people online. By blending creativity, strategy, and community insight, you’ll ensure every interaction, from captions to comment replies, reflects the brand's unique tone of voice and deepens audience connections. Managing community-driven platforms will become one of your key responsibilities. Through crafting engagement strategies, you’ll foster true fandom and build lasting connections. Additionally, you’ll oversee the quality and authenticity of brand interactions across all social channels.

 

COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT

You’ll oversee all aspects of community management, shaping the brand’s tone of voice on social media, crafting compelling captions, managing a network of freelancers, and handling replies to drive follower engagement. Every interaction will reflect the brand’s personality and values, fostering genuine and ongoing conversations with the audience. Your focus will be on making every comment, caption, and reply feel intentional, human, and unmistakably on-brand.

 

MANAGE COMMUNITY-BASED PLATFORMS

You’ll lead strategy and execution across community-driven platforms like Reddit, LinkedIn, and Broadcast Channels. These spaces will require a personal, human-centered approach that balances brand authority with authenticity. Building the brand’s presence, nurturing discussions, and creating meaningful touchpoints will position the brand as relatable and relevant within different digital communities.

 

HARBOR FANDOM

You’ll develop and execute engagement strategies designed to turn casual followers into fans, and fans into advocates. By deepening “brand and can love” through interactive content, surprise-and-delight moments, and creative activations, you’ll strengthen emotional connections. Your efforts will transform passive audiences into active communities who not only follow but actively participate, share, and celebrate the brand.
 

Qualifications

  • 4+ years' experience in the social media industry, with in-depth knowledge of best practices, community building and audience engagement strategies on platforms such as Reddit and LinkedIn.
  • Strong writing skills in fluent English, with expertise in tone-of-voice management and authentic brand storytelling.
  • Solid understanding of online culture, fandoms and social media behaviour, enabling the creation of strategies that foster genuine relationships and deepen brand loyalty.
  • Creative, proactive and passionate team player with a focus on building meaningful brand-to-fan relationships.
  • Willingness to explore, innovate and try new approaches while maintaining authenticity and relevance.

Additional Information

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2.303 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
