NorthStar Memorial Group is looking for a Community Development Supervisor at Graceland Memorial Park South in Miami, FL. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to families, with a primary focus on celebrating life. In this role, responsibilities include:

  • Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs
  • Hold daily meetings with sales advisors to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly goals are being met
  • Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability
  • Ensure that all staff are trained on products and services, and understand what inventory and spaces are available
  • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service

What you will bring to the role:

  • Two years sales experience is preferred
  • One year leadership or management experience preferred
  • High integrity, empathy, and a passion for helping others
  • A strong desire to assist families while earning a competitive income
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative, outgoing, and energetic personality

Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving records (verified in the background check process)
