Community Development Representative (TN)

•As a vital member of our team, your role would involve spearheading the generation of potential leads and conducting initial outreach during the sales process. You will also be responsible for cultivating connections within the community to foster new business opportunities and strengthen partnerships with risk-bearing collaborators. Your contribution will play a pivotal role in both our present achievements and future growth.
What you’ll be responsible for:
•Exceed personal sales targets by generating and qualifying patient leads
•Lead, develop, and coordinate sales efforts to increase patient acquisition through MSO partnership, referral leads, and working through health systems
•Foster and cultivate leads for the NuvoAir brand through regular activities and events
•Conduct extensive community outreach activities to raise brand awareness and engage with the community
•Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion and partnerships with agents/agencies
•Build strong professional networks internally and externally
•Identify and address potential patients' needs, conducting thorough research and providing effective solutions
•Communicate effectively in various settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, and across diverse styles and positions
•Leverage relationships to exchange ideas, resources, and knowledge
This may be a fit if you have:
•At least 2 years of experience in outside sales and networking within the community.
•Strong motivation to create a positive impact on both internal and external individuals as our FIRST Community Development Representative.
•Innate ability to cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external.
•Demonstrated track record of achieving set quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).
•Willingness to travel extensively, with a minimum of 50% travel within the state of Tennessee.
•Prior experience making calls' to primary care providers is an added bonus
