Your role with us: 

You will play a key role in engaging and supporting our growing community and as our dedicated Spanish-speaking member of the team, you will focus on shaping our presence in the LATAM region and ensuring effective localisation of communications. You will drive adoption of KICK, build lasting loyalty and empower our users to become passionate advocates. By strengthening regional alignment and expanding our community capacity, they will be central to growing our impact and reach.

What you will do:

• Coordination of our URL communities:

           - Adoption: Drive product usage on X, Instagram, Reddit, and KICK, using replies, direct messages, and bounties to do so.

           - Loyalty: Foster parasocial relationships on Discord by personifying our avatars.

• Coordination of our IRL communities.

           - Advocacy: Reach friends of fans at events like DreamHack, CCXP, and Comic Con.

• Curation of community insights that the business can action.
• Creation of English and Spanish marketing collateral in collaboration with our Content and Design teams.
• Custodianship of the brand’s tone of voice.

What you will bring:

• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with X, Instagram, Reddit, and Discord.
• An interest in gaming, sports, television, and internet culture.
• In tune with Gen Z.
• A viewer or streamer of streams

Bonus points if you also have:

• Understanding of customer service.
• Comfortable using Adobe Suite or similar production software.
• Has lived in a Spanish speaking country.
• Can travel to Spanish speaking countries.
• Have worked in a fast-paced tech environment.
