- Monitor and analyze member data, program performance metrics, and engagement trends to generate reports that highlight successes and identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitate strategic connections by supporting the placement and matching of community members with relevant partner brands and companies.
- Maintain rigorous internal organization by managing documentation, refining onboarding systems, organizing meeting notes, and ensuring consistent task follow-through across various teams.
- Serve as the primary liaison for community members, providing prompt and professional resolution to any issues or concerns that arise.
- Collaborate closely with the founder and content team to ensure that all community activities are strategically aligned with the organization's broader business objectives.
