Executive Communications Writer

Position Purpose: Develop and coordinate materials for internal and external communications.

• Develop materials to effectively support the internal and external communications strategy for c-suite executives and the organization, including press releases, e-mails, scripts, talking points, newsletters, social media content and additional assets as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content for the company’s communications needs
• Assist the media department in the development of target media lists, proposals for news stories, and coordinating media interviews with c-suite company executives
• Research, monitor and report industry and competitive news that impacts the organization, its subsidiaries and/or the industry
• Plan and coordinate internal communications efforts and activities

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field. 2-4 years of communications experience. Communications experience in the healthcare and health insurance marketplace preferred.

Pay Range: $55,100.00 - $99,000.00 per year
