About the Role
The Communications Specialist will report to Keeper’s Senior Communications Manager and will be responsible for supporting media, content creation, social media and brand partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Organize initiatives and plan events such as press conferences
- Liaise with the media and handle requests for interviews, statements etc.
- Support editorial, event and other planning
- Support brand partnership content creation, planning and event activations
- Track and develop analytical reports of media and social media performance
- Support the Communications team with projects and daily tasks, including updating and maintaining media page, content creation for social media, announcement planning and execution, and writing for PR and internal communications
- Exhibit a high level of professionalism and creative thinking
- 2+ years of experience in PR, communications or media
- Proven experience as communications specialist
- Ability to distill complicated information into plain language
- Experience social media content production
- Experience in copywriting and editing
- Understanding and awareness of basic cybersecurity concepts
- Outstanding organizational and planning abilities
- Ability to engage with other functional areas and manage initiatives to completion
- Proficient command of the English language (written and spoken)
Preferred Requirements:
- BSc/BA in public relations, communications or relevant field
- Experience working in the cybersecurity industry
