Skills Required

- Ability to operate PBX, Centrex, radio and teletype equipment
- Ability to receive/transmit emergency and routine radio, telephone and teletype traffic
- Ability to dispatch law enforcement, public safety or other personnel and equipment
- Ability to train PBX/Centrex attendants and perform lead/shift supervisor duties including scheduling
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime as required
- Physical ability to perform listed mobility, lifting, vision, and hearing requirements
