IN A NUTSHELL

This opportunity allows you to take the helm in driving all aspects of communications within the gaming sector. You'll be at the forefront of your own projects, amplifying our presence through media coverage, and managing our Gaming Social Opinion Leader program. Your influence will help engage vital audiences, bolstering brand awareness, and cultivating a love for our brand among new consumers.

 

GAMING COMMUNICATIONS

As part of this role, you’ll be creating comprehensive communication plans for all gaming events, projects, and content formats. You’ll be looking for opportunities to complement our programming, content, and social strategy. Additionally, you’ll be able to integrate Red Bull's global gaming audience communication strategy into all gaming initiatives.

 

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Being a true project wiz, you'll oversee budgets, and prioritize projects and initiatives that promise the greatest return on investment. This will range from events, content releases, earned media outcome and identifying athlete and industry opportunities. Your work will complement the efforts within our Gaming Network, ensuring every move we make is a winning one.

 

LEVEL UP OUR NETWORKING GAME

As part of your role, you'll be instrumental in expanding our influence within the gaming industry. By connecting with key personalities and Social Opinion Leaders (SOL) in gaming, you'll help us tap into new global markets and attract fresh consumers. Your knack for identifying compelling storylines and content that resonates with new consumers will bring a dynamic edge to our earned social opportunities. Moreover, you'll have the thrilling task of maintaining and enhancing our gaming SOL strategy - a vital component for achieving our goals.

 

LOCAL POWER – GLOBAL SUCCESS

Step into the global gaming arena and help us spot the most exciting content opportunities across various countries, opportunities that have the potential to echo worldwide. Empower countries to unlock their full media potential by providing coaching and sharing best practices. Your keen eye will identify the most promising local market activations, turning them into global sensations. It's not just about support; it's about guiding each level to its ultimate high score.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a communications/ public relations professional in Communications, PR, Marketing, media-led companies, or a professional gaming environment
  • Gamer by heart. Live and breathe within the Gaming environment and its tools – such as Twitch, Twitter, Discord
  • Strong understanding of the global gaming landscape and current media trends and related topics as well as a proven track record of securing brand reach and engagement via earned media amplification
  • Strong project management and presentation skills with PowerPoint knowledge
  • Team-player mentality with high level of creativity and critical thinking, strong execution, and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English, other languages are a plus

Additional Information

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2.362 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
