Communications Lead – Fixed Term Contract until end of 2026

Full Time – Hybrid

Derby

In this role you will have the exciting opportunity to lead the development of the change communications strategy and approach for our Procurement and Supply Chain function.  Responsible for delivering impactful communications with consistency and clarity, reporting to the Director Procurement & Supply Chain Transformation and Excellence.

Key Accountabilities

  • Leading the development and delivery of change and communications plans, ensuring aligned messaging

  • Deliver all key elements of the internal change communications strategy

  • Crafting communication plans and messaging sentiment

  • Drafting key artifacts and curating content

Key Experiences and Qualifications

  • Background and extensive experience of leading significant change management communications projects and programmes

  • Expert in the use of internal communications change management tools, channels and processes

  • Experience of managing complex projects across large scale organisations

  • Experienced in influencing multiple stakeholders at all levels and adept at resolving issues

  • Strong understanding of the use of digital tools to deliver internal communications and to understand the internal employee environment and sentiment

  • Strategic thinker
