Purpose of the Role
Lead the development and execution of the AMEA S4/o9 commuications plan including planning, content creation and delivery to drive positive engagement and adoption of S4/o9 change management journey.
Main Responsibilites
1. Develop and drive the detailed AMEA S4O9 communications plan from strategy to execution at regional and BU level
2. Own the AMEA S4/o9 Intranet page development and management as well as other communcation channels
3. Create a robust content development plan and materials across channels (written and video)
4. Create communication toolkits, packages and messaging that can be scaled and deployed across markets
5. Work closely with region/BU/Market CGA teams as well as S4O9 BU Leads to deploy communications across channels
6. Manage relationship with any external vendors/partners for video & content creation as needed.
7. Proactively identify and address communications needs, including responding to urgent requests and developing ad-hoc communications for critical program updates or annoucements
8. Measure and monitor the ongoing effectiveness of communications strategies
Details• Create visibility and positive coverage for the S4O9 and ensure internal and external stakeholders are aware and have a good understanding of the upcoming change.• Develop a communications strategy and implement effective communication processes.• Develop communications materials using message appropriate media.• Identify, manage and update S4O9 project communication channels and create opportunities to spotlight the program.• As a subject matter expert, collaborate with project leaders to develop strong messaging around the vision and the need for change.• Provide clear directions to workstreams and regional teams on project communication ways of working.• Develop project content and enable workstreams and regional teams with guidelines, templates, and communication work products.• Monitor and report on the execution and effectiveness of project communications.• Partner with global S4/o9 Communications Team and BU CGA teams to ensure consistent messaging and timely and impactful communications
Key Skills & Educational Qualification Required :
1. 12+ years' experience in corporate and large-scale transformation project communications
2. Bachelor's degree in communications, business administration, human resources management is preferable
3. Experience building communications strategies and independently developing content across a large matrix organization and project team
4. Knowledge, experience, and exposure to best practices in communications strategy with a strong understanding of audiences, and experience managing and influencing stakeholders across levels
5. A passion for change and communications and not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
6. Strong organizational and program management abilities. Ability to demonstrate creative agility and flexibility. Experienced in x-functional and x-regional communications management
7 Experience of building multi-channel communication campaigns
8. Strong command of spoken and written English, which is essential for crafting clear, concise and compelling communications
