 We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Communications Student to join our S+N Operations team.

As a Communication Specialist at our company, you will responsible for supporting, developing, and executing effective communication strategies that promote and increase organizational culture and internal communication efforts for our Manufacturing Site. This position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, project management, as the coordination and timely execution of different initiatives is required.

What will you be doing?

  • Design communications and promotional activities aligned with the strategic objectives.

  • Collaborate with different teams to collect relevant information and content that works as material for communications.

  • Collaborate in the production of relevant texts and audiovisuals for advertisements, articles, newsletters, among others, aligned to our current brand book.

  • Planning and coordination of communication and promotion campaigns for the Learning+Development Operations (L+D) department.

  • Design communications and promotional activities aligned with the strategic objectives.

  • Collaborate with different teams to collect relevant information and content that works as material for communications.

  • Collaborate in the production of relevant texts and audiovisuals for advertisements, articles, newsletters, among others, aligned to our current brand book.

  • Planning and coordination of communication and promotion campaigns for the Learning+Development Operations (L+D) department.

  • Plan and deploy communication campaign for events

  • Track and measure the performance of campaign strategies and improve approaches as necessary to achieve effectiveness.

  • Serve as a facilitator and provide solutions for communication needs.

What will you need to be successful?

Education:

  • Currently studying a BA in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, Journalism, Digital Animation, or similar relevant field.

Competences:

  • Practical knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills

  • Experience and knowledge in copywriting, proofreading and editing.

Preferred:

  • Strong English language proficiency – reading, editing, listening (B2-C1)

  • Project management knowledge
