SUMMARY
As an Internal Communications Intern, you will be responsible for assisting in the development of content for a variety of communications channels, as well as assisting in project management for internal communications campaigns supporting employee engagement and company culture.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with internal customers on projects and presentations
- Support the company intranet by creating new team pages and supporting a pipeline of content
- Create short-form video content to support key company narratives
- Create visual designs for communications collateral, including posters, PowerPoint presentations, emails, etc.
- Support the ongoing development of our editorial calendar and look for opportunities to streamline processes
- Act as an evangelist for our intranet and ensure that content is easy to find and understand
- Support design and content ownership for the intranet
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to quick changes
- Ability to work in a team environment, with strong people skills
- Experience with video creation and graphic design, with a strong interest in social media and pop culture
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
- Internship Dates: beginning in July 2025
- Strong team environment, primarily in-office with hybrid availability
- 25-30 hours per week, varying on project demand, with opportunities for additional hours
