Temporary (4-month) communications and marketing internship supporting internal communications for cloud services. Vos responsabilités :
  • Participer à la gestion des initiatives de communication interne et de marketing pour notre gamme de services et d'outils infonuagiques.
  • Collaborer avec les gestionnaires de produits stratégiques (GPS), les responsables de services (RS) et les responsables de produits (RP) afin de créer du contenu percutant, notamment des dépliants, des vidéos et des bulletins, pour communiquer efficacement les caractéristiques et les mises à jour des produits. Promouvoir également notre gamme de produits à l'échelle de l'organisation.
  • Appuyer l'élaboration et la mise en œuvre de stratégies de communication auprès des utilisateurs à l'échelle de l'organisation.
  • Concevoir et produire du contenu visuel attrayant pour la diffusion interne, en veillant à sa conformité avec la charte graphique.
  • Suivre et évaluer l'efficacité des stratégies de communication et proposer des améliorations.
  • Organiser et participer à des réunions, des ateliers et des présentations afin de soutenir les objectifs de communication.
  • Contribuer à la maintenance et à la mise à jour des plateformes et outils de communication interne (ex. : Viva Engage, SharePoint, Actualités internes).
  • Effectuer des recherches sur les tendances et les meilleures pratiques du secteur afin d'optimiser les stratégies de communication et de marketing.
  • Analyser et mesurer le succès de nos campagnes et visualiser les résultats dans Power BI ou un outil similaire.

Profil recherché :
  • Étudiant(e) en licence ou master en marketing, communication, commerce ou domaine connexe.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale.
  • Solides compétences en pensée créative et analytique.
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office et connaissance des logiciels de conception graphique.
  • La connaissance des logiciels de montage vidéo et des systèmes de gestion de contenu est un atout.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.

What you will do:
  • Participate in managing internal communications and marketing initiatives for our range of services and tools worldwide.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Product Managers (SPMs), Service Managers (SMs), and Product Managers (PMs) to create impactful content, such as videos and informational newsletters, to effectively communicate product features and updates. Additionally, promote our product portfolio throughout the organization.
  • Develop and implement user communication strategies across the organization.
  • Design and produce engaging visual content for internal distribution, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and suggest improvements.
  • Organize and participate in meetings, workshops, and presentations to achieve communication objectives.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and updating of internal communication platforms and tools (e.g., Viva Engage, SharePoint, Internal News).
  • Research industry trends and best practices to optimize communication and marketing strategies.
  • Analyze and study the results of our campaigns and visualize the results using Power BI or a similar tool.

  • Undergraduate or postgraduate student in marketing, communication, business, or a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong creative and analytical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of graphic design software.
  • Knowledge of video editing software and content management systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
