This candidate is experienced and strategic, but also a high-velocity “doer”, acting as a team of one for the time being with support from the VP of marketing, cross-functional social and content team under Brand, and media agencies. They have a track record of producing high-impact, engaging content for all-hands meetings; supporting executive and change communications in a high-growth environment; developing effective company-wide communications; and managing PR agencies.

Partner directly with CEO (and other executives as needed) to develop and refine internal messaging, announcements, and thought leadership, ensuring a consistent and authentic voice.
Develop a cadence of CEO communications (regular CEO Slacks and social posts, for example), underpinned by an efficient process for ideating, drafting, and seeking approvals on these communications.
Proactively ensure top executives are supported and benefit from your expertise as they seek to make cross-functional announcements.
Virtual All Hands Production & Content:
Own the end-to-end strategy, content development, and production of the company's global All Hands meetings, ensuring a high level of engagement and professional execution for our distributed audience.
Develop compelling themes, presentation materials, and technical logistics, as well as manage speakers to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience.
Media Relations:
In cooperation with local field directors, select, onboard, manage, and offboard PR agencies or freelancers in key markets.
Funnel announcements and narratives to the agencies, brainstorm concepts, ensure accountability and narrative alignment.
Select, train, manage, and prepare spokespeople.
Draft press releases for announcements; confer with content/campaigns team and VP of marketing on announcement strategy.
Misc:
