As a Communications Coordinator you’ll support the APAC People Team in bringing our culture, people programs and employee experiences to life, through purposeful and creative communications. This role is focused on internal communications, helping design and deliver content that captures key narratives, connects our people across the region, and contributes to People & Culture storytelling to showcase our employee value proposition.
You’ll work closely with the People Team and cross-functional partners to execute communication plans and design / capture engaging visual content. In doing so you are curious to explore new formats and integrate AI into the creative process to enhance both efficiency and impact. With a balance of creativity and attention to detail, you’ll help ensure our people related communications are clear, consistent, and impactful, in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do- Support internal communications, helping to craft and create content and visuals for various employee programs and initiatives.
- Enable communications and assist with logistics for all employee engagement events.
- Collaborate with operational teams to translate guidance into creative outputs that resonate with employees.
- Develop presentations, newsletters, creatives, and Slack content to support communication campaigns.
- Capture and edit visual and video content for internal communications and to support People & Culture storytelling.
- Adapt and localize global content for the APAC region, ensuring alignment with brand while reflecting regional culture.
- Help manage a content library, publishing calendar, and documentation to keep communications organized and on track.
- Use AI and creative tools to streamline workflows and experiment with new formats.
- Stay current with communication and content trends to bring fresh ideas into execution, especially in the space of AI optimisations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Design, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in internal communications, content creation, creative design — preferably with B2B technology companies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Proven skills in designing/refining presentations, program materials, event collateral, employee messages, and creatives to ensure clarity, consistency, and visual appeal.
- Natural storytelling skills, with comfort in capturing and crafting content, graphics and short-form visuals/videos to highlight employee experiences and culture.
- Organized and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills; is able to engage and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders with ease.
- A creative mindset and genuine enthusiasm for culture and employee-first experiences.
- Experience / comfort working in fast-paced, hybrid, or distributed teams.
- Previous involvement in internal communication events, employee engagement initiatives, and exposure to L&D campaigns, employer branding projects, etc.
- Basic proficiency with creative tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, and remote video creation platforms.
- Familiarity with creative automation/AI tools (subtitle generation, voiceover, AI images).
