• Education or commensurate experience in communications, marketing, or public relations, organizational change management, or organizational psychology
• Demonstrated background leveraging Sponsor organization communication methods and venues to communicate with geographically dispersed audiences of different levels of technical expertise
• Experience leading teams through change
• Experience in “ghost” writing for the customer
• Familiar with Wordpress and Joomla to update websites
• Familiar/experience with one button studio, Camtasia and/or Captivate
• Experience using surveys, focus groups, summits, and similar methodologies to assess and implement change management initiatives

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must have an Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Demonstrated experience working in a mission component and/or IC agency in a collection, targeting or analytical capacity
• Demonstrated networking skills
• Demonstrated briefing and presentation skills
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated attention to detail
• Experience with backend websites (wordpress/Joomla)
• Excellent communication skills

• Change management in an inter-agency IC environment is highly desirable
• Proficient in creating short videos using Camtasia, Captivate, Adobe Premier 

Target salary range: $160K - $200K.
