We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and bilingual Communications Associate to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to support our communications team across a variety of social impact and communications initiatives. • Provide translation support for media and communications materials between Chinese and English.

• Assist with the preparation, editing, and distribution of bilingual press releases, speeches, and other external communications.

• Support coordination with external media contacts and PR agencies as required.

• Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing Airwallex Impact initiatives.

• Track program milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators.

• Support stakeholder communications and reporting related to AWX Impact programs.

• Strategically oversee the team’s event calendar, ensuring optimal time allocation, prioritisation of high-impact commitments, and seamless scheduling of critical meetings.

• Research, prepare and refine high-quality briefing materials, presentations, reports to support informed decision-making and engagements.

• Proven experience in a program coordination, communications support or executive assistant role.

• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail.

• Strong written and spoken fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin).

• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Comfortable working across different time zones and cultures.
