Team Description
Sabre is looking to hire a Communications Specialist to join our regional headquarters in Montevideo! This Specialist will assist in daily operations for internal and external communications with a goal of increasing brand awareness and fostering employee engagement through various social media outlets and internal channels.
Role and Responsibilities:
What will you achieve?

Create and deliver internal and external communication content to publish on Sabre’s digital channels.

Attend internal and external events in order to capture photos and/or videos, to generate relevant content.

Assist in managing internal communications.

Research, interview and write stories/articles for recent events and company activities to display on the company intranet.

Ensure internal communications display are updated.

Draft content for the internal employee communication channels.

Support executive communications for regional office site.
-
Coordinate social media content with external agency and Communications leader.

Produce and edit short videos to support internal and external PR materials.

Participate in special communication campaigns that support the promotion of Sabre’s employer brand as a leading technology company and employer in Montevideo.

Support brand ambassadors by offering strategic guidance and providing relevant media tools.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
-
Degree in Communications preferred or equivalent experience required.
-
2-4 years of experience working with or creating social media content within a corporation or institution.
-
2-4 years of experience managing various social media channels to include Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, etc.
-
Advanced verbal and written English skills with the ability to professionally translate in Spanish and vice versa.

Video-editing skills and knowledge in photography required
-
Basic knowledge of graphic design. Familiarity with Illustrator and Canva, or similar tool.

Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Teams.

Can-do attitude, curiosity, and passion for communications.
