The Revenue Enablement team is looking for a creative, organized, tech savvy Communications & Coordination Specialist.


 

Job Description

This is a project management role that is centered around driving communications on revenue enablement programs. You will be responsible for coordinating between various teams across the company to support our diverse, global audiences. Your role will also involve supporting content launches on the Learning Management System (LMS) and updates through the Content Management Systems (CMS), ensuring seamless operation and access to training resources. The ideal candidate is highly flexible, reliable, tech-savvy, and exceptionally organized. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is critical. You will work closely with training teams and various stakeholders to ensure that effective communication and coordination to GTM teams are managed effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to new software will distinguish you in this role. Prior experience with project management is required, and project management certification is ideal.

The successful candidate must be located in London, UK. International transfer is not available. This role requires 3 days per week in the London office.



Key responsibilities:

  • Product Launch Enablement Request Management: We receive requests from various teams to raise awareness or train on new solutions, product features, and services. These requests need to be reviewed, evaluated, given responses, and shared with the full Revenue Enablement organization to ensure awareness and a coordinated approach.

  • Communication Coordination: Coordinate communications to sales teams in various organizations through multiple channels (Slack, Highspot, email, video, team meetings, etc.). Create comms plans, and draft and copy edit messages. This can include sending out and managing announcements through the sales enablement platform, ensuring the right information for the right audiences, written in easy-to-understand and engaging form.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Maintain clear and proactive communication with all stakeholders to analyze requests, gather adequate information, coordinate efforts, resolve conflicts, and provide updates on plans, logistics, and requirements.

  • Project Management: Track the actions and timelines between various teams for product enablement efforts. Write weekly updates for the Revenue Enablement organization, key stakeholders, and leadership on requests and progress.

  • Problem-Solving and Flexibility: Respond quickly to changes and technical challenges. Anticipate the needs of stakeholders to minimize disruption when needed. Adapt to the dynamic needs of a global team, providing solutions that support a diverse and distributed workforce.


  • Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Creation: Write SOPs and documentation to set standards, coordinate efforts, and communicate Revenue Enablement structure and processes to the wider company.

Qualifications


  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are essential for effective coordination and problem resolution across diverse international teams

  • Project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, etc.)

  • Experience in supporting a content management system or sales enablement platform

  • Demonstrated experience in administrative roles, particularly those involving global teams and event coordination

  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with an eye for visual design

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail and precision

  • Ability to anticipate stakeholder needs and quickly adapt to changes and solve problems

  • Experience working in a complex global environment/international organization with ability to interact effectively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds
