As an Employee Readiness Communications Analyst in Organizational Effectiveness and Oversight, you help us inform and prepare employees for changes impacting Home Lending. You support the creation, editing, and distribution of communications, maintain employee resources, and collaborate with project teams to ensure clear and effective messaging. This role offers you exposure to business change management, program support, and the opportunity to work with a variety of stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
- Draft, edit, and distribute communications for Home Lending initiatives
- Develop multi-media messages and materials to help employees understand changes
- Maintain employee resource sites and tools, ensuring content is current and accessible
- Participate in project meetings and support communication activities
- Collect and organize employee feedback to improve communication effectiveness
- Coordinate with team members to align communications with business priorities
- Perform administrative tasks related to communication projects, including scheduling, tracking, and reporting
- Ensure communications are clear, concise, and tailored to the audience
- Support the implementation of communication plans for new initiatives
- Monitor and update digital communication tools as needed
- Assist with other duties as assigned to support the team
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Communication, English, Journalism, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with attention to grammar and detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
- Collaborative team player with a willingness to learn and take ownership
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Familiarity with digital communication tools
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting communication projects
- Strong interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience in employee communications within financial services or a large organization
- Knowledge of Home Lending business processes
- Experience with content management systems or intranet platforms
- Familiarity with graphic design or video editing tools
- Ability to analyze communication effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Experience supporting change management initiatives
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
