To support the strategic goals of AVEVA, the role of the Communication Analyst for the C2C Programme is tasked with planning and creation of communications materials to support of the transformation of the end-to-end customer value chain.

The C2C Communications Analyst is responsible for developing C2C communications materials for all stakeholders impacted by the Programme. This role involves collaborating with Programme Change Leads to identify specific communication requirements across both projects and workstreams to create materials align with the AVEVA’s strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Change Lead and Analysts to understand Project specific communications requirements.
  • Work with Change Analysts to understand required communication per project.
  • Create communications messaging content.
  • Create cross programme communications content.
  • Create materials for any C2C related events e.g. All hands calls/ change network / demos/ roadshows.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, relationship, and facilitation skills
  • Basic Knowledge of implementation and configuration of enterprise systems such as CRM, SFA, and ERP with ability to discuss experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Meticulous individual with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with HTML-based content management systems such as Wordpress and Mailchimp, as well as Sharepoint, and Microsoft suite would be preferred.
  • Experience with Adobe CC Suite (Premier Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.) would be preferred.
  • University degree in related discipline with >3 years training experience
  • Ability to build consensus and manage diverse, group-wide stakeholders through influence (not control)
  • Excellent Stakeholder Management at all levels
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and multiple priorities.

Hybrid working

By default, employees are expected to be in their local AVEVA office three days a week, but some positions are fully office-based. Roles supporting particular customers or markets are sometimes remote.
