We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Services Representative to join us in our Auckland office. You will be part of the Computershare Issuer Services (CIS) division within Computershare and will be responsible for providing registry services to clients and their investors.

A role you will love
The Customer Services Representative team operates within this division at a local level and services the requirements of our clients investors. You will be allocated specific tasks to support delivery of all transactions and responses to investor queries.
Some responsibilities include:
Manage activities supporting the relationship between Computershare and our clients’ investors, liaising with brokers, advisors and lawyers, including telephone calls, emails and in person visitors to the office.
Support transaction processing and investor enquiries across a range of registry activities
Contribute to team delivery by sharing workload, supporting peak periods and meeting key deadlines
What will you bring to the role?
- Exceptional customer service and strong administrative skills, with the ability to follow defined checklists, procedures and business rules
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work accurately and efficiently across multiple systems
- Demonstrated experience responding to and resolving issues by applying technical knowledge, sound judgement and established processes
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, risk awareness and compliance when processing transactions and responding to queries
- A collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and contribute positively to team outcomes
