As part of our Dance Media Network Team in Salzburg, Austria, you’ll play a key role in developing and executing global media strategies for network projects. You will help shape clear, consistent, and cohesive messaging across a fully integrated 360° communications approach, leveraging managed, earned, and owned channels to connect with audiences, showcase product functionality, and drive meaningful engagement across core, casual, and new audiences worldwide.

Your focus is simple: bring Red Bull’s stories to life and strengthen brand relevance through impactful communication strategies. You help develop and execute global media strategies for Dance network projects, creating clear and consistent messaging that connects with core, casual, and new audiences across owned, earned, and managed channels.
You operate at the intersection of communication, culture, and media. By combining strategic thinking with strong storytelling, you identify meaningful narratives, build relevant partnerships, and support local markets in activating global projects. Working closely with Channel Managers, Producers, Partnerships teams, and creators, you ensure that content, distribution, and communication efforts come together to create authentic connections and lasting engagement.
Strategic Project Management
Support the development and the implementation of the global media strategies for Dance network projects, including street dance and breaking, aiming to create impact and spark word-of-mouth among key target audiences across owned, earned, and managed channels. You will manage projects throughout their lifecycle, from defining objectives and KPIs to coordinating timelines, budgets, milestones, and strategic partnerships.
Using data-driven insights, you will evaluate performance and optimize tactics while collaborating with Channel Managers, Producers, and Partnerships teams to align content, distribution, and communication strategies with brand objectives.
Communication Management & Storytelling
Develop compelling communication plans by creating strong narratives and story angles that build brand awareness and highlight product functionality. You will define audience profiles, understand media behaviors, and create meaningful connections across earned, managed, and owned channels.
You will collaborate with editorial partners, media outlets, and creators to identify opportunities, support market activations, Channel Manager and the Producer to shape impactful storytelling approaches for programming and content.
Drive and oversee all Still Image productions.
Market Collaboration
Enable successful local activation of global projects by providing markets with best practices, guidance, and relevant tools. You will identify local opportunities, cultural narratives, and projects with the potential to scale globally while ensuring that global strategies are adapted effectively to regional audiences and market needs.
Expertise
Bring experience from events, content, or cultural projects where you have successfully created impact within targeted communities and audiences. You understand the language, culture, and tonality required when communicating with and about artists, dancers, and creative communities, allowing you to build authentic connections and meaningful stories.
Qualifications3+ years of experience in Communications, ideally within culture, entertainment, or creative projects.
Experience in developing communication strategies, media relations, PR, and content distribution across owned, earned, and managed channels.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating effectively with agencies, international stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Excellent storytelling, written, and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
Highly organized, proactive, and structured, with a collaborative team-player mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Fluent in English; German or other languages are a plus.
Additional InformationDue to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is 2.362€ gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
