In support of the WWPO Coordinator, the WWPO Specialist is responsible for the operational development of LCO activities on the reference markets. The core responsibilities of the role are: 1) Ensuring compliance with times and quality standards in the executive phases of the activities 2) Managing the requests that arrive from the LCOs and product placement activities on a daily basis
Qualifications1.01 Takes care, in support of the WWPO Coordinator and Account, of activities in the target markets to ensure that the Brand communication strategy is guaranteed on all reference markets
1.02 Is responsible for ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards in the phases execution of the activities by coordinating all the actors involved to ensure the coherence of the image of the reference Brand(s)
1.03 Creates and distributes the press material and manages the requests received from the LCOs on a daily basis
1.04 Manages the Product Placement activities relating to the management of samples in accordance with the Samples Management Plan
1.05 Manages the office's operational requests on a daily basis (bookings, travel, transfers, etc.) in order to guarantee the relational standards that have been activated with the Group's Partners
1.06 Uses KPIs and metrics analysis and determines measurements in order to identify success cases and critical areas for improvement
1.07 Supports the organization and implementation of institutional events, directly or through the coordination of local agencies
1.08 Promotes the development of role learning through proactive activities , team and digital, aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness/efficiency of its Responsibilities
1.09 Promotes, adopts and develops the use of digital technologies within its function in relation to both process management and relations with the internal and external interlocutors involved in the business
1.10 Adopts significant behaviors and promotes operational/cultural actions for Sustainable Development, understood as the interconnection of practices oriented towards the Care of the Environment, Business Processes and Organizational Community
- English language proficiency at level C1 or higher
- Strong Passion for Fashion
- Degree in Fashion Studies
- Proficiency in any Middle Eastern language is a considered a plus
