You will contribute to the creation of a green and secure energy ecosystem by:  

• Localising "Ignitis group" communication strategy for Estonia, including "Ignitis", "Ignitis On", and "Ignitis Renewables" business lines
• Implementing 360 communication in Estonia (including corporate, PR, employee, and marketing communication)
• Planning and budgeting yearly communication initiatives, ensuring effective implementation, and monitoring results
• Implementing digital marketing tools to drive business growth
• Partnering with agencies as well as the in-house Group Communication team in Lithuania
• Identifying and building professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Representing the company in public when necessary, managing media relations
• Preparing key company public speakers to build thought leadership in relevant topics

• 5+ years of communications, including marketing communciations and/or brand building experience
• Knowledge of energy sector
• Experience working with international brands and marketing campaigns, especially in B2B sector
• Ability to work in the field of digital marketing
• Proven experience in achieving results
• Ability to work as a self-starter and a team player
• Professional knowledge of Estonian and English languages – spoken and written

• Compensation corresponding to experience and competencies, and financial incentives dependent on achieved results
