ICF Next is looking for a Communication Manager to join the Client Relations Department. The successful candidate will assist in the development and implement a variety of EU communication activities. They will work closely with team members, expert teams, and partners to ensure smooth execution and successful outcomes of communication services delivered by ICF Next. They will assist and support our clients in bringing their message across to their audience.
Responsibilities:
· Implementing communication activities using the PRINCE2 methodology.
· Ensuring high-quality work by collaborating with expert teams to develop communication services that meet professional standards and client expectations.
o Preparing and monitoring campaign planning and workflows
o Preparing and conducting briefings
o Quality control of campaign assets
o Assisting with contractual tasks linked to campaign implementation
o Reporting and monitoring
· Day to day communication with the client, focused on campaign progress and relationship building.
· Owning the day-to-day tasks on projects (meeting agendas, draft meeting reports, updating campaign planning)
· Supporting the financial management of campaigns and projects through regular reporting.
· Fostering team spirit, promoting professionalism, and maintaining a positive attitude.
Competencies / Skills:
· Knowledge and experience in the communication sector.
· Passion for delivering impactful and qualitative communication activities.
· Strong organizational and planning skills.
· Self-motivated with a “can do” attitude and the ability to work on own initiative.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Flexible with a great sense of responsibility and adaptability.
· Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders to achieve goals.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in communication sector.
· Fluent in English (written and verbal).
· Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
