Communication Manager - Fine Fragrance

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fine Fragrance Communication Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that enhance IFF’s image, promote our perfumers, innovation, and fine fragrance experts, and engage our target audience. This role requires a deep understanding of the fragrance industry, strong communication skills, and a passion for storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans to support the promotion and visibility of our perfumery team

• Collaborate with the creative teams to create compelling content for various channels, including social media, press releases, newsletters, and website.

• Manage media relations and build strong relationships with industry influencers, journalists, and bloggers.

• Coordinate and oversee events and press conferences to ensure maximum exposure and engagement.

• Monitor and analyze communication performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand differentiation.

• Work closely with the perfumers and experts team to effectively communicate differentiating stories.

• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to company guidelines in all communication materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2/4 years of experience in a communication role within the fragrance or luxury goods industry.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Proven track record of successful media relations and event management.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.

• Creative thinker with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.

• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

• Passion for fine fragrances and a keen sense of aesthetics.
