Commission Analyst - India (Bangalore)
Position Summary:

The Commission Analyst plays a critical role in calculating, analyzing, and administering sales incentive plans that drive performance and align with business objectives. This role partners closely with Sales, Finance, HR, and senior leadership to ensure incentive plans are effective, and compliant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual commission calculations and payouts with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage ongoing daily operation of Xactly, including making personnel updates, processing commissions data, and distributing plan and quota documents.
  • Ensure accurate employee data within the commissions system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure incentive plans are distributed and understood. Provide training and support to the sales team on compensation plans and Xactly functionality.
  • Maintain internal process documentation and audit trails for all incentive-related processes.
  • Engage in ongoing support to resolve commission calculation-related inquiries with the sales teams.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to streamline and automate sales compensation processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • #  years of experience in sales compensation, financial analysis, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; experience with tools like Salesforce, Xactly, or similar is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.

    This is a hybrid position that requires 2 days per week in office at our Bangalore location.
