Role Summary:

The Commission Analyst will play a vital role within the Commissions team. This department presents a challenging atmosphere where you can actively apply your analytical abilities, communication skills, conflict resolution tactics, and problem-solving expertise on a daily basis.
Job Scope/Supervision:
The Commissions Analyst will be responsible for calculating monthly commissions for the direct sales channel. This role involves collaborating with Sales, Sales Operations, Order Assurance, Internal Systems Development, Sales Support, Payroll, Human Resources and Sales Leadership to ensure accuracy in territory alignment and data integrity. This position will report directly to the Commissions Team Lead.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Administer and maintain variable compensation plans
• Calculate monthly commissions and incentives for an internal team of direct sales and sales support representatives
• Perform detailed audit of commission statements prior to release of payments, ensuring data integrity and accuracy of plan calculation
• Provide ongoing training and support to sales personnel regarding commission policies, procedures, calculation methods, and any changes to commission structure
• Serve as a point of contact for sales teams’ inquiries related to commissions and/or payouts, resolving issues efficiently
• Create manual compensation statements in Excel for any components generated outside of the compensation platform
Required Experience/Qualifications:
· BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or other related business-fields
· Ability to pick up new concepts and systems quickly

· Strong organizational skills
· Professional and dependable
· Demonstrates cooperation and collaboration in a team setting
· Organized, detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task with limited supervision
· Skillful in using but not limited to: Microsoft office programs such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
· MS Excel skills, including formula building IF statements, v-lookups, and pivots
· Excellent Customer Service and communication skills required (both written and oral)
· Strong math skills and efficient in calculating and inputting numerical information
