Skills Required
- NQF Level 5 - Higher, Advanced or Occupational Certificate or equivalent
- Self-motivated and dynamic with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to identify client financial needs, provide sound financial advice and implement financial plans
- Experience or competence in procurement of new business and expanding sales with existing customers
- Consultative selling, direct selling, qualifying prospects, probing questions, and building customer trust
- Customer-focused service orientation and strong oral communication skills
- Familiarity with sales data management and sales software
