Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai is looking for Overnight Cook who share a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do. The position reports to the Executive Sous Chef.
Work authorization for the location is required.
What you do
1. Order and set up the mise en place for the following breakfast service.
2. Prepare the staff meal for those working the overnight shift.
3. Prepare food items for the breakfast meal.
4. Set-up the breakfast line.
5. Utilize the computer system for communication from outlets on orders.
6. Handle and report any accident immediately, no matter how minor.
7. Ensure the cleanliness and neatness of the work area.
8. Be self-motivated for working alone.
9. Cook the entire Room service all-night menu as well as guest special requests.
10. Communicate with the Hotel Night Manager if a situation arises.
11. Follow all guidelines for timely food service to guests.
