Tâches
1- Démêler le courrier (Facture, Lettre, Chèque)
2- Démêler les chèques pour chaque BU
3- Pour chaque BU différentes traiter les chèques de différentes façon (+Dépôt à la banque : Desjardins, RBC, BMO, BOA, BLC)
4- Scanner toute les cheque et les déposer dans chaque dossier pour chaque BU
5- Scanner les lettres et envoyer au contrôleur
6- Scanner les factures et envoyer au Comptes Payables
7- Traiter des paiements par carte de crédit avec la machine
Environ 8h par semaine (pas la dernière ou première semaine du mois)
Environ 12h la première semaine et dernière semaine du mois
