What you will do:

•  Clean and handle the initial processing of raw products
• Prepare mise-en-place and ingredients such as stocks, dressings, and more.
• Assist and train with line cooks.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, storage, and kitchen cleanliness.
• Keep your work area clean and orderly, promoting a safe working environment.
• Work in all areas of food preparation as directed.
•  Accommodate food servers' requests regarding guest preferences.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.

What you bring:

• Proficiency in English, math, and psychometric skills.
• Completion of O Levels.
• 1-2 years of experience in the Chinese Section
• Ability to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage
• Technical education in Hospitality is Preferred
• Personal flair and finesse.

Schedule & Hours:

• This is a full time position
• 48 hours a week with one day off
